Our editorial team will receive your email, and we hope to be ready to answer from day to day. Kindly note our offices hour is Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5. p.m.
In case of an emergency, we normally will get a lot more emails, and we kindly ask you not to apply for volunteers tasks and jobs in the hour’s just after a huge humanitarian crises occur as we normally will be heavily engaged taking care of our duties and for this reason the response time can be a bit longer.
We do follow the EU and Danish law regarding taking care of our information and documents, which is also noted in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
And to archive data for the law, we will be keeping incoming emails, noted with first name, last name, emails and date and time for receiving and answering.
All our employees and volunteers are informed on how we communicate in the event of an emergency/a disaster.
Our experience shows that we are receiving a lot of calls/emails in case of an emergency/a disaster, and we kindly ask you to consider what is vital (life-threatening situation). And kindly note, we normally can’t help a person from our office in Denmark.
If you’re in Asia you need to contact the local Station Chief, available in the countries we operate.

This call/email goes directly to our 24/7 phone guard and may only be used to deal with a kidnapping or a life-threatening situation.
